It's no secret that I really, really love fashion. I love to put together outfits for all occasions – work, gym, brunch, dinner, drinks... My love of fashion also means I'm a little bit of a shopaholic (those who know me are probably groaning because many would say I'm a massive shopaholic, but I don't actually think I'm that bad). Anyway, as a result you'll probably see a fair few fashion posts on my blog – it's a bit of a creative outlet for me. I follow quite a few of the more popular fashion blogs and while I think they're great, it can be a little disheartening when they post photos of their $4000 Chanel handbags and $800 Louboutin shoes. Designers don't give me free stuff so you definitely won't see that from me! I wear normal-people clothes (and whatever designer gear I do have was usually bought on sale) so hopefully I can offer a bit of attainable style inspiration. This is a super casual outfit I threw together for a Sunday brunch in St Kilda. These are my absolute favourite jeans right now; I'm so annoyed I didn't get on the boyfriend-jeans bandwagon sooner because I am totally obsessed with them. Effortlessly stylish and insanely comfortable. Plus, because they're a loose fit they make you feel skinny all the time – winning! I also love this Topshop basic top for it's relaxed fit and slightly cropped length. I've decided I'm too old to rock full-on crop tops unless I wear them with super high-waisted bottoms, so this style is perfect with low-slung jeans.
